1Definitions
Account
Your registered user account for accessing the Platform.
Content
Any text, data, designs, templates, images, code, graphics, or other materials.
User Content
Any Content you create, upload, or store through the Platform, including portfolio websites and designs.
Platform Content
All Content provided by Company, including templates, components, software, and designs.
Subscription Plan
The pricing tier you select (Free, Premium, or Enterprise).
Personal Information
Information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you, as defined by applicable privacy laws.
2Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

3Subscription Plans and Billing

3.2 Payment Terms
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Billing occurs on the same day each month/year
- Processed through secure third-party processors
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Your Subscription Plan will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4License and Intellectual Property
4.2 User Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your User Content. However, by uploading User Content, you grant Codehaven LLC:
- ✓Worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display
- ✓Right to analyze usage data for improvements
- ✓Right to use anonymized Content for ML
- ✓Right to share statistical data with third parties
