Access Control

Protecting your account starts with robust Access Control. MyFolioHub provides you with the tools you need to manage your login security, monitor active sessions, and ensure that only you have the power to modify your professional online presence.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a unique, time-sensitive code from your phone in addition to your password. We support standard TOTP apps like Google Authenticator, Authy, and 1Password.

Password Policies

Our system enforces strong password requirements to protect you from brute-force attacks. Passwords must be at least 12 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. We also check your password against known databases of breached credentials to ensure you're not using a compromised password.

Session Management

In your Security Settings, you can view a list of all active sessions across your devices. You can see the device type, location, and last active time for each session. If you see a session you don't recognize, or if you've lost a device, you can "Log Out of All Other Sessions" with a single click.

Audit Logs

We maintain detailed audit logs of all major actions taken in your account, such as password changes, 2FA enablement, and portfolio deletions. These logs are available to you upon request and provide a clear trail of activity for security monitoring.
