3. Review the Mapping: The AI will take a few seconds to process your file. Once finished, it will show you a preview of the data it found. You can confirm which sections you want to import (e.g., "Import Experience but skip Education").
4. Finalize: Click "Apply to Portfolio." Your site will instantly populate with your professional history.

Optimizing for the Best Results

While our AI is incredibly powerful, its accuracy depends on the quality of the input. To get a near-perfect import, follow these tips:

• Use Standard Headings: Use clear headings like "Experience," "Education," and "Skills" in your resume.
• Avoid Images of Text: Ensure your PDF is text-searchable. If you can't highlight the text in your PDF viewer, our AI won't be able to read it either.
• Keep it Concise: The AI performs best with clear, bulleted lists rather than long, dense paragraphs.
